Cefonus-200 contains Cefpodoxime Proxetil, an antibiotic that is used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It is effective in treating infections of the skin, urinary tract, and respiratory system among others. Cefonus-200 is part of the cephalosporin class of antibiotics and works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria.

Dosage and Administration: Cefonus-200 tablets should be taken as prescribed by your healthcare provider. The usual dose is one tablet every 12 hours.

Method of Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. It can be taken with or without food. However, taking it with food might reduce stomach upset.

Treatment Duration: The duration of the treatment should be determined by your healthcare provider based on the type and severity of the infection.
